And every time I had an issue (specially with CK2 after some updates) in PDX support they never said anything like your own risk, but that they knew the issue and it was going to be solved in soon-to-come patches. I told you your savegame cannot even be clicked in the load screen without CTD. Also, I disable the Steam overlay (to free resources). In my Steam library I right-click on HOI4, properties, local files, delete local game content.
