In summary, a nice bike that I am very pleased with and excellent service from Amazon and their seller (MHW Bike).
#CUBE PRO NATURE FULL#
The suspension fork (with a remote lockout) makes the bike suitable for use off road also, but this is probably best limited to country tracks and parks rather than any vigourous off-roading which would probably need a full suspension mountain bike. On the whole, I think the bike looks nice (and is sufficiently understated to perhaps not attract too much of the wrong attention) and is fast and light enough for everyday road use. The Cube grips are sufficiently comfortable too. The saddle is pretty comfortable and the Easton handlebars are nicely shaped and just the right width for me. The 30 speed Shimano XT gears do change up and down very smoothly and quietly and the gear selectors are slick and easy to use. The brakes are hydraulic discs which, whilst probably not being the most expensive hydraulic set up on the market, offer far more braking power than the V-brakes on my old mountain bike. By comparison, the Cube is much lighter (12kg as opposed to 16kg) and is faster moving thanks to the faster rolling, narrower Schwalbe tyres. The bike itself was bought to replace my old Barracuda mountain bike which wasn't getting much use.

While we expected the XC-focused Reaction Pro (£1,199 / 1,249) with its RockShox Judy Silver fork and. It could probably be swapped round if needed though but I haven't tried. Cube’s hardtail range has had a pair of aluminium Reaction bikes added to it for 2021. Personally, I prefer using the rear brake more and my right hand is the dominant one so I like this set up. One thing to note though is that the brakes are a continental set up so the right hand lever operates the rear brakes and the left lever does the front brakes. Delivery was only a few days and I was very impressed with the service. The price seemed to be cheaper than anyone else at the time and the bike arrived fully assembled (other than the pedals which just needed to be screwed on) and ready to use. I purchased this cycle about a month ago through Amazon and it was sent by MHW Bike in Germany.
